HIMT 2312 - Seminar in Health Information Management

Prerequisites: HIMT 1301 , HIMT 1303 , HIMT 2302 , HIMT 2301 ; The student should be in their last semester of the HIM program to take this class.

This is a capstone course culminating in fundamental and comprehensive review of the domains, subdomains and tasks for entry-level registered health information technician competencies. Students will take mock registration exams for self-evaluation of domains, subdomains and tasks. 3 hours lecture.
