This program focuses on a range of administrative and managerial skills used in the workplace. Students will learn about management, planning, controls, accounting, and financial statements. Students can benefit from a variety of business-related skills essential in any workplace or office environment, including organization, planning, customer service and problem-solving. Each course in this certificate may be applied to an AAS degree in Business Management.
TYPICAL JOBS: Possible career opportunities may include Accounts payable or receivable clerk, receptionist, office administrator, accounting clerk, bookkeeper, administrative assistant or data entry operator.
