The Dyersburg State Community College (DSCC) Catalog and Student Handbook is an annual publication that includes general information about the College, policies, services, course descriptions, academic programs and student rights and responsibilities.

 

This Catalog and Student Handbook presents the course offerings and academic requirements in effect at the time of publication but provides no guarantee that offerings will not be changed or rescinded. The course offerings and requirements of DSCC are continually under examination and review. The College reserves the right to make changes in course offerings, curricula, academic policies and other rules and regulations affecting students and which will become effective whenever determined proper by the Institution. Reasonable notice will be given to students regarding any changes in the Catalog and Student Handbook. All updates and/or corrections will be posted in the online version of the Catalog and Student Handbook, which will supersede previous written copies. Changes will govern current, former, and prospective students. This Catalog and Student Handbook is not intended to state contractual terms and does not constitute a contract between the student and the Institution. Enrollment of students is subject to these conditions.

  1. Record and track your favorite degrees, certificates and courses. Click on the My Personal Catalog link on the left hand navigation menu, create an account with an email address and a password of your choice and then start adding information while browsing the catalog.
  2. While you browse the catalog, you will see an Add to Portfolio link. Click on the link to save the item in your portfolio. It’s that easy!
  3. Return later and start where you left off. You can also share your saved items with your parents and faculty or academic advisors.
