Prerequisites: INFS 1010  

This course is only offered through TN eCampus.

This course is an introduction to microcomputer operating system installation, configuration, upgrading, diagnosing, and troubleshooting. Students will learn the processes and procedures for supporting microcomputer software in a business environment. This course is designed to assist the student to take the Comp TIA A+ software certification examination. 3 hours lecture.
