The Mechatronics Technical Certificate provides students with a basic knowledge of voltage, current and power in AC and DC circuits, circuit analysis of series and parallel loads, and basic understanding of resistors, capacitors and inductors. It also provides students with additional knowledge of motor starting circuits; time-based, count-based and sequential controllers; and basic electro-fluid power circuits.
