Pre-Health Emphasis (Tennessee Transfer Pathway), A.S.


The Pre-Health emphasis is designed for students whose career goal is one of the following health professions: Dentistry, Medicine, Optometry, Pharmacy or Veterinary Medicine. This emphasis is designed to provide students with a seamless transition to their chosen program at a public university in Tennessee as well as most private institutions in Tennessee.

To facilitate success in this program, all students should enroll in ORN 1010 - Orientation: Learning to Succeed  during their first semester at DSCC.

(3.)MATH 1720 or higher general education Mathematics course.
